· “Reserve Now”: While much of our merchandise is in stock, much of what we sell is listed two months or more before it is available for shipping.  .For this merchandise there is a non-refundable “deposit” of 5⁰⁰ or 20% (whichever is higher) per item.

 

 

· “Assortment”: Many Action Figures are shipped to us in case assortments.  We have no control over which specific figures we receive.  Therefore, the following conditions apply to Assortment sales:

1. We will list some specific characters as well as a “Random Figure” purchase.

2.     Purchasing more than 3 “Random Figures” in an assortment may result in duplicates.

3. If we are unable to fill your order, your deposit will be applied to the balance of your order or refunded (our discretion).
